Cards – frequently asked questions

Key information about how your Future Funds cards work – limits, security, international use and what to do in case of loss or suspected misuse.

How are my cards issued and activated?
Physical cards are produced and shipped once your account and KYC checks are completed. After delivery, you activate the card in the client portal, where you can set PIN delivery options and initial limits.
Can I change card limits and usage settings?
Yes. You can adjust POS, online and ATM limits directly in the portal. Certain changes may require additional verification or bank approval, especially for higher risk or unusually high limits.
Do you support 3-D Secure and extra card checks?
All cards are enrolled in strong customer authentication (including 3-D Secure where supported by the merchant). Additional risk checks and monitoring are applied to unusual or cross-border transactions.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Block the card immediately in the client portal or call our support line. Once reported, the card is blocked for further use and a replacement card can be issued in line with our card conditions.
Can I use my card abroad and in foreign currencies?
Yes, your card can be used internationally wherever the scheme is accepted. FX conversion is applied according to the card programme’s exchange rates and any applicable fees listed in your tariff.
Where can I see all card-related fees?
All fees are listed transparently in your fee schedule and in the Cards section of the portal. This includes annual fees, ATM charges, FX mark-ups and replacement card costs, where applicable.
