These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Future Funds – B.B. Bank plc. (“the Bank”) online services and client portal. By registering, logging in or otherwise using our website and digital banking channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional terms that may apply to specific products or services.

This document is intended to provide a clear, high-level overview of your responsibilities and our obligations. It should be read together with your account agreement, product-specific documentation and our Privacy Policy.

Future Funds – B.B. Bank plc. (“the Bank”, “we”, “us”) provides investment and banking-related services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the United Kingdom and, where relevant, other jurisdictions in which services are offered or provided.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website, client portal and online banking functionalities (together, “online services”). Additional documents and agreements may apply to specific products such as accounts, cards or investment services.

By using our online services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
  • Any information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • You will promptly inform us of any changes to your contact details or circumstances which may affect your relationship with the Bank.
  • You are not using the online services on behalf of a third party without appropriate authorisation and documentation.

We use multi-layered security controls to protect your online access. However, you also have important responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, PINs and any security devices confidential and secure.
  • You must never share your access data with third parties or allow them to use your online banking.
  • You must notify the Bank immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access, loss of a device or compromise of your credentials.
  • The Bank may temporarily block access if suspicious activity is detected or if required for security or regulatory reasons.

The online services allow you to view balances, initiate transfers and instruct other operations on your accounts with the Bank.

  • All outgoing transfers initiated via the client portal are subject to review and approval by the Bank.
  • The Bank may reject, delay or request additional information for any transaction, in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (including anti-money laundering and sanctions rules).
  • Account balances and transaction histories displayed online are indicative and may be subject to corrections, value date adjustments or booking delays.
  • You are responsible for verifying all payment details before confirming a transaction, including the beneficiary account, amount, currency and references.

If you use cards issued by the Bank, the following applies in addition to the product-specific card terms:

  • Card limits, blocking, replacement and other settings are handled in line with the Bank’s card policies and risk framework.
  • You must report any loss, theft or suspected misuse of a card without undue delay using the channels provided by the Bank.
  • The Bank may adjust your card limits or block card usage if required for risk, security or regulatory reasons.

The Bank processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its internal policies. We collect and use your data to provide services, meet regulatory obligations and improve our offering.

We aim to provide highly available and reliable online services. However, certain limitations apply:

  • The Bank is not liable for temporary unavailability of the online services due to maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control (e.g. network outages).
  • You are responsible for verifying the correctness of your instructions before submitting them.
  • The Bank is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of your credentials where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or to inform us promptly of a suspected compromise.

The Bank may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and, where appropriate, communicated via the client portal or by email.

Continued use of the online services after changes have been published will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
