The contractual framework governing your relationship with Future Funds – B.B. Bank plc., covering accounts, payments, cards, data, compliance obligations and investment-related responsibilities.
This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the legally binding terms for using accounts, payment services, card products and online banking tools provided by Future Funds – B.B. Bank plc. (“the Bank”, “we”, “us”).
By opening an account or using our online portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement together with:
To open an FF account, you must meet eligibility requirements including age, residency, credit checks, source-of-funds verification and ongoing regulatory compliance. The Bank may require supporting documentation or conduct periodic reviews.
The Bank enables domestic, SEPA and SWIFT transfers. All outgoing transfers are subject to AML/CTF checks, sanctions screening and internal approval workflows.
Card products issued by the Bank can include debit, credit, virtual and travel cards. Usage is governed by card terms and applicable security rules.
Your login credentials must remain confidential. The Bank may temporarily block access due to suspicious activity, technical maintenance or regulatory requirements.
As a regulated financial institution, the Bank is obligated to perform KYC checks, monitor account activity and apply enhanced due diligence where necessary. You agree to cooperate with requests for supporting documentation.
The Bank publishes fees transparently. Fees may apply to international transfers, card usage, FX conversion, account maintenance or specific service packages.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be handled by competent UK courts unless stated otherwise.
